(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – After Democrats in the State Senate adopted a bill that may deprive custody rights to parents who fail to affirm their children’s new, chosen gender identities, a California senator advises parents to leave his state.

By including “a parent’s affirmation of the kid’s gender identity” as part of the “health, safety, and welfare of the child” to “decide child custody,” AB 957, co-authored by Assemblymember Lori Wilson (D-Suisun City) and State Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco), would make it easier to determine child custody.

On Tuesday, the bill was approved by the Judiciary Committee of the State Senate. State Senator Scott Wilk (R-Antelope Valley) responded by pleading with parents to flee the state to safeguard their families:

According to Fox News, Assemblymember Wilson has tried to ease public worries. Still, Wiener is moving on with even more outlandish ideas.

According to an earlier statement made by a Sen. Wilson staffer, “It’s not suggesting [affirmation] is the most important factor or decisive factor. It’s just one of many things the judge should take into account when deciding on a custody arrangement.”

A second piece of legislation, SB 107, would allow kids access to sex modifications without parental agreement. Weiner, a representative from San Francisco, has filed a bill that would compel foster parents to confirm the gender of a child entering their household.

According to reports, Weiner is “also behind many of the most contentious sexual legislation in the state, including recent laws making California a “sanctuary” for transgender kids seeking drugs and surgery; and a law decriminalizing loitering for prostitution, which is said to have sparked a surge in child prostitution on the streets.”
