(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – Former President Donald Trump will surrender himself to authorities at the Fulton County jail in Georgia on charges stemming from a grand jury’s accusation that he attempted to rig the 2020 election on Thursday fraudulently.
On Monday, the former president posted on Truth Social to clarify his position on turning himself in:

The GOP presidential primary debate on Fox News, which the former president has declined to attend, will occur the day after the former president turns himself in.
According to reports, the former president’s bail in the Fulton County case was $200,000.
“Trump’s release terms are stricter than some of his other co-defendants’ terms. Each of the defendants’ bond agreements contains a provision that they ‘shall perform no act to intimidate any person known to him or her to be a codefendant or witness in this case or to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice,'” it added.
Additionally, Trump is prohibited by his terms from posing “direct or indirect threats” to co-defendants or witnesses.

“The above shall include, but are not limited to, posts on social media or reposts of posts made by another individual on social media,” the bond order added.
The former president Donald Trump, his attorneys, and his campaign staffers are accused of numerous offenses in the 41-count indictment “for a nationwide challenge to the 2020 election.”
“A rushed grand jury procedure that took just one day to consider a complex collection of charges involving 19 defendants, including the president, across a wide range of states and authorities resulted in the indictment being made public Monday night,” according to Joel Pollak from Breitbart News.
He said, “The indictment details comments spoken and activities taken by the Trump campaign in a variety of other states in their efforts to throw doubt on the contentious 2020 presidential election, but does not substantially touch actions taken in Georgia.”

Georgia authorities have stated that former President Trump will have a mugshot taken.
