(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – It would appear Hillary Clinton is back in the media, making the rounds and testing the waters at a potential 2024 presidential comeback.
But it seems nothing has changed, and she’s learned nothing after her embarrassing defeat by President Trump in 2016.
Many political pundits had argued that one of the most significant and deciding factors in her defeat was when she labeled many Trump supporters as “deplorables” during a New York fundraiser.
She told donors,
“To just be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic—you name it.”
She added, “The other basket of Trump supporters are people who feel that the government has let them down and are desperate for change.”
And just like political clockwork, Mrs. Clinton took back her comments saying,
“I regret saying half. That was wrong.”
But the damage was already done.
Earlier this month, Trump held a “Save America” rally in Youngstown, Ohio. And near the rally’s conclusion, some supporters made a “one-finger gesture” that some have concluded to be a QAnon endorsement.
According to reports, security guards at the latest Trump rally were walking around asking people to stop making the hand motion.

During a speech at the Texas Tribune Festival in Austin, Texas, last week, Mrs. Clinton said that the finger gestures made by some MAGA supporters were like Adolf Hitler supporters doing the Sieg Heil salute of the Nazis.

Trump spokesman Taylor Budowich responded to Clinton’s remarks during a Fox News interview, saying,
“She’s using some of the most disgusting smears imaginable.
It seems like perpetual-failed-candidate Hillary Clinton’s basket of deplorables has run stale, not unlike herself.
It’s pathetic, it’s divisive, and it is further cementing her legacy of cringe.”
Some of the Democratic Party’s rhetoric has taken a dark and dangerous turn for the worst
During a press release, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi said House Republicans are whole-heartedly committed to MAGA extremist agendas designed to “greatly diminish Americans’ health, freedom, and security.”
And then there’s Joe Biden, who recently said during a speech from the Independence National Historical Park in Philadelphia earlier this month that MAGA Republicans were a “threat to America.”
He added,
“Too much of what’s happening in our country today is not normal. Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”
With the 2022 midterm elections fast approaching, many left-wing leaders will continue openly expressing desires to intimidate, criminalize, delegitimize, and ultimately banish any political opposition.
One thing is clear, this type of rhetoric does nothing to unify the country and get us back on a path to a better and more prosperous America.
