(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – The Biden administration has no intention of revoking foreign students’ visas for participating in protests on American college campuses in support of Hamas, an Islamic terrorist group, and its attacks against Israel.
National Security Council (NSC) spokesperson John Kirby stated that the administration will not cancel the F-1 visas of foreign students who support Hamas, despite some Republicans pushing Biden’s State Department to do so.
At a White House briefing, the following conversation took place:

Sens. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and Marco Rubio (R-FL) are spearheading a resolution, as Breitbart News reported, asking the Biden administration to cancel the visas of foreign nationals in the country who participate in pro-Hamas protests, particularly those on F-1 student visas.
“To put the security of American citizens first, President Biden must immediately revoke the visas of those who support Hamas and other terrorist groups,” Blackburn said.
The resolution is signed by Sens. Pete Ricketts (R-NE), Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), Ted Budd (R-NC), J.D. Vance (R-OH), Rick Scott (R-FL), Ron Johnson (R-WI), John Cornyn (R-TX), and John Hoeven (R-ND).
In the meantime, top Biden officials at the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have received letters from Sen. Rubio and Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) urging them to promptly revoke visas and deport foreign students who support Hamas.

“I write to urge you to immediately deport any foreign national — including and especially any alien on a student visa — that has expressed support for Hamas and its murderous attacks on Israel,” Cotton wrote to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
“These fifth-columnists have no place in the United States,” Cotton wrote.
Foreign nationals from some of the world’s most pro-Hamas nations were granted green cards and nonimmigrant visas, including F-1 student visas, by the federal government in Fiscal Year 2022 alone.
For instance, more than 8,300 Iranians entered the country with nonimmigrant visas last year.

Furthermore, in Fiscal Year 2022, the government granted over 8,000 Iranians green cards, comprising more than 800 persons who immigrated through the Diversity Visa Lottery and over 520 individuals who arrived as refugees.
