(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – While looking into whether the President is compromised by his family’s international business connections, the Republican-controlled House plans to subpoena Hunter Biden but not Joe Biden.
Rep. Jim Comer (R-KY) is in charge of several investigations into the Biden family business and is a leading Republican on the House Oversight Committee. “No plans exist to summon Joe Biden. Hunter Biden will be subpoenaed,” said Rep. Comer, speaking to CNN on Friday.

According to Ryan Goodman, a former senior counsel for the Department of Defense, Joe Biden cannot be forced to testify primarily because of “the imposition on the job of the presidency and comity between the branches.”
Goodman continued,
“That stance does not depend on whether the events in question happened before or during the administration of a president. It may take years to litigate because executive branch lawyers will certainly work hard to defend that position.”
The Biden family is being investigated by House Republicans for nine criminal offenses, including tax evasion, money laundering, and human trafficking.
To be clear, Comer said, “This is an investigation of Joe Biden. “The Biden family’s financial dealings raise questions about a variety of illegal activity, including possible constitutional infractions and human trafficking.”
Comer also pointed out that the outcome of the inquiry will depend on whether Joe Biden is compromised. To determine whether the President is compromised or affected by foreign money or influence, he added, “This committee will assess the condition of Joe Biden’s relationship with his family overseas partners.”
On November 9, when asked about the alleged probe, Joe Biden scoffed and said,
“Lots of luck in your final year, as my coach used to say.”
Is There Enough Evidence Against Joe Biden?
Even though Joe Biden and his staff have denied the President’s involvement in family business operations at least seven times, more than 17 pieces of evidence point to Joe Biden being a part of his brother James’ and son Hunter’s commercial ventures.

According to surveys, 60% of respondents believe that Hunter Biden has sold the president “power and access.” 58 percent of voters think Joe Biden has been involved in his family’s business ventures.
Breitbart Senior Contributor and President of the Government Accountability Institute Peter Schweizer authored Secret Empires and Profiles in Corruption in 2018 and 2020, respectively.
Each book debuted at number one on the New York Times bestseller list. They revealed how Hunter and Joe Biden traveled to China in 2013 on Air Force Two.
Less than two weeks later, Hunter’s company signed a $1.5 billion contract with a Bank of China affiliate. Schweizer’s study also revealed the Biden family’s other substantial and lucrative international dealings and cronyism.
Joe Biden was intimately involved in Hunter Biden’s businesses, appearing to even have a 10% stake in a company. The scion formed with officials at the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party, according to research by Miranda Devine and Emma-Jo Morris of Breitbart Political.
Now that the Republicans won the House, they’ve promised to investigate issues ignored by the Biden regime. It’s now just a matter of time before “We The People” learn the truth.
