(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – A resolution to remove Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff (CA) from Congress was introduced by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) on Wednesday.
A few days after Special Counsel John Durham published a report on the FBI’s investigation into potential Russian collusion by the Trump campaign, Luna made a decision.
Durham concluded a lengthy study that the FBI should not have looked into the Trump campaign. Durham concluded that “in connection with certain events and activities described” in his report, “the Department and the FBI failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to the law.”
Schiff has long supported the Trump-Russia conspiracy theory.

Luna’s one-page resolution states, “Resolved, That, in accordance with Article I, Section 5, Clause 2 of the Constitution of the United States, Representative Adam Schiff, be, and he hereby is, expelled from the House of Representatives.”
When Luna presented her resolution on Wednesday, she issued several declarations.
“Schiff misled the people of America. He pushed a deception that cost American taxpayers millions of dollars by using his position on House Intel;” Luna tweeted from her congressional account.
“He is an insult to the House of Representatives,” the speaker said.

Luna urged the House Ethics Committee to look into Schiff for supporting the Trump-Russia conspiracy story in a statement posted on her personal account.
“You are unqualified for office,” Luna wrote in a tweet, “Knowingly using your position on House Intel to push a lie that tore our country apart, cost taxpayers millions of dollars, and authorized spying on a US President and then continuing to double down on the lie within days of the Durham report coming out.” “Ethics should look into it.”

Schiff’s membership on the House Intelligence Committee was terminated earlier this year after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) objected because Schiff “has lied too many times to the American public.”
