(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – The Biden regime is being sued with allegations of conspiring with Big Tech giants Facebook and Twitter to suppress information about COVID-19.
A federal court ordered Dr. Anthony Fauci and a few White House officials to testify under oath on Friday.
According to court documents, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry submitted the lawsuit in May 2022.
They both argue that the White House – especially Dr. Fauci, the Chief Medical Advisor to Biden – used Facebook and Twitter as political arms of the administration.
The lawsuit alleges they suppressed content criticizing topics like lockdown restrictions, mask mandates, vaccine mandates, and anything else referencing COVID-19.
Both Attorneys Generals argue that the federal government cannot use private companies to do something the Constitution forbids the federal government to do directly.
Both states argue that the Biden administration suppressed free speech about COVID-19. And by doing so, the tech giants became a branch or part of the federal government.
And if Big Tech became a part of the federal government, both states argue they must all abide by the First Amendment.

According to reports, Schmitt and Landry aggressively sought a preliminary injunction. They say they want justice for the American people and show the White House and Big Tech conspired to suppress information.
Judge Terry Doughty, who President Trump appointed, was assigned to the case after it was initially filed in the Western District of Lousiana.
On October 21, Judge Doughty granted the request ordering Dr. Fauci, former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, and others to sit under oath.
The request states they must answer what could potentially be hundreds of questions for up to seven hours each regarding internal communications with the two tech giants about COVID-19.
