(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – A child killer who was denied transgender surgery has filed a complaint on his behalf with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in Indiana.
Indiana recently approved a law that effectively forbids using state or federal funds to assist transgender offenders with transitioning.
The ACLU has filed a lawsuit on behalf of Autumn Cordellioné, also known as Jonathan C. Richardson, who killed his stepdaughter at 11 months in 2001.
Reduxx claims that Richardson initially told police that he discovered the infant “unresponsive” after doing domestic duties but that his account drastically evolved after numerous questions.
He eventually admitted to aggressively shaking the infant to deal with her fussiness:
“At first, Richardson claimed he found the baby unresponsive after doing some household chores. But in the next interview, Richardson said the child was being “fussier than usual.”
“He attempted to throw her up in the air repeatedly to calm her down.
He said her “head bopped forward and back up in a rough type of a manner” and that the child continued to cry, so he proceeded to shake her aggressively in an effort to calm her down.”
“During a failed appeals hearing, detectives from the case recounted how Richardson “physically showed” how he had manhandled the girl, getting up out of his chair and demonstrating the action in a rough manner.”
An autopsy subsequently found that the baby had died of asphyxiation by manual strangulation.”
The ACLU has launched a legal complaint against the Indiana Department of Corrections on behalf of a transgender inmate they say was denied "gender affirming" surgeries.

Richardson reportedly told a prison guard, “all I know is I killed the little fucking bitch,” as he awaited his upcoming court appearance.
He was subsequently given a 55-year prison term.
Richardson changed his name to Autumn in 2022 and started identifying as transsexual.
The state of Indiana’s refusal to cover his gender surgery, according to the ACLU, demonstrates a “deliberate indifference to a serious medical need.”
According to the lawsuit, Indiana’s policy “discriminates… in violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.”
IN THIS INSTANCE, the ACLU referred to Richardson as “she” and emphasized that “gender-affirming surgery is necessary so that her physical identity can be aligned with her gender identity.”
According to the ACLU, he had “identified as a female” from the age of six, which went even further.
