(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – Analyzed crime data shows that more than 7,000 convicted pedophiles have served less than a year in California prisons, which is against the rules.
According to the report, the average sentence is 2 years and 10 months.
Prosecutors blame the policies of Gov. Gavin Newsom, which allow sentences to be cut short, and the lack of prosecution by Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón, who is paid by George Soros.
The actions of Democratic leaders are part of a more significant movement to “reform” the criminal justice system by reducing the number of people in prison.
Some of the worst cases:
- 365 people were convicted of sexually abusing a child repeatedly.
- 39 people were convicted of sodomizing children.
- 3 people who kidnapped children “with the intent” to molest them served less than a year in prison.
One person who hurt a child repeatedly only got two days in jail and probation.
The California state government removed the search function from its database of sex offenders after the Daily Mail asked about it and refused to give a copy of the database.
The efforts to change things in California are making the state more dangerous. Since 2019, there have been 12 percent more people on the list of sex offenders in California.
Statistics from all over the country show that these people are very likely to commit sex crimes after they get out of jail.
Even though the law says that online data should be public, the state is trying to hide it.
What’s your opinion on California releasing child sex offenders early?
