(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – Former president Donald Trump’s proposed 2024 party platform was approved by the Republican National Committee Platform Committee, the Trump campaign stated on Monday.
At the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, July 15–18, Trump, the presumed GOP presidential nominee for 2024, is anticipated to formally receive the nomination.

According to a story published in The Washington Post on Monday, Trump’s team presented a platform that opposes both a nationwide ban on abortion and a pro-life constitutional amendment that would impact embryos or fetuses.
“President Trump’s 2024 Republican Party Platform articulates his vision to Make America Great Again in a way that is concise and digestible for every voter,” Trump campaign senior advisers Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles said in a statement.
“While Joe Biden and Democrats argue about who will be at the top of their ticket and have implemented policies that have raised prices on everyday families, opened the floodgates to migrant crime via wide-open borders, shackled American energy with red tape forced by Washington bureaucrats, and sown chaos across the world through weak foreign policy, President Trump will Make America Great Again through these America First principles.”
The Republican platform items include:
- Seal the border and stop the migrant invasion.
- End inflation and make America affordable again.
- Large tax cuts for workers and no tax on tips.
- Keep men out of women’s sports.
- Prevent World War III and restore peace in Europe and the Middle East.
- Deport pro-Hamas radicals.
According to The Washington Post, the platform maintains that states have the authority “to pass laws protecting those rights” because of the preexisting constitutional rights to due process.

GOP disputes have been reported, with pro-lifers claiming they fear Trump’s desire for states to set their own regulations will eliminate their demand for constitutional protections for unborn children.
In June 2022, the Supreme Court reversed Roe v. Wade. This ruling legalized abortion on a national level and gave states back control over the matter.
Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett—three justices selected by President Trump—voted in favor of the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision.
