Here’s the Biden Presidential Replacement Republicans Fear Most

(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – The Democratic Party leaders still have one urgent question to respond to amid their numerous self-inflicted wounds: “Do we want to fight to retain the White House in 2024, or do we want to fold our hand and put everything into 2028?”

Running — and hopefully winning — a presidential campaign still comes down to a few basics: message, money, name recognition, perception, toughness, and basic math.

However, various consultants and staff members often spin it as an incredibly complex effort to justify their outrageous fees or six-figure salaries.

Republicans, for example, have said that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis lacked both “message” and “perception.” Many perceived him as just a more composed version of the outgoing president, Donald Trump, without his charm and “It factor.”

DeSantis could not provide those voters with a convincing argument to switch from Trump to him.

Regarding the essential elements required to lead and triumph in a presidential campaign, every Democrat I talk to feels their party will be in big danger come November if either Vice President Kamala Harris or President Joe Biden leads the ticket. Perception is now the issue for them.

Their concern is that a majority of people now perceive Biden as being overly elderly and weak, experiencing troubling family troubles, having cognitive decline, losing the respect of our enemies, and losing the border/immigration debate.

That’s an issue that people have prioritized over all others in every GOP primary.

Kamala Harris has two significant perceptual problems. First, as many left-leaning experts have stated in many years, she is not qualified for the position.

The second problem is the idea that she is almost “untouchable” as she is the first woman and person of color to hold the position of vice president.

The idea was that minority and female voters would lose their cool and punish the Democrats at the polls if the Democratic elite tried to remove her from the ticket.

While some people are sure that this is the case, others think it is offensive to minority and female voters since it suggests that they wouldn’t be able to evaluate Harris or any other candidate only based on their respective advantages and disadvantages.

To be sure, Harris still has significant advantages since she is an accomplished and seasoned politician. Among them is her proficiency in elementary mathematics.

She is undoubtedly calculating and subtracting on her own as she considers the political environment and may determine that in 2024, the numbers don’t add up for her.

Suppose she reached that decision and informed Democratic leadership. In that case, that leadership would almost certainly want to forget about Biden and Harris immediately.

The Democratic convention in Chicago in August would be the appropriate venue to execute this.

When asked who Republicans would fear the most as the Democratic nominee to replace Biden in November, most people answered grudgingly: California Governor Gavin Newsom. They believe Newsom offers the Democrats the best opportunity to retain the White House.

The former first lady Michelle Obama was not considered a serious contender.

Her representative acknowledged last week that they always thought she would decline the opportunity if given, not because they didn’t think she would be vital if she ran.

While many well-informed Republicans may consider Newsom to be “evil,” “failure,” and a “snake-oil salesman,” millions of American voters regard him as a confident, self-assured, intelligent, and hilarious politician from out of Hollywood’s central casting.

Furthermore, Newsom is seen by millions of Democratic voters—many of whom genuinely despise Trump and fear his reelection—as having the same charisma, confidence, and “It factor” as Trump, if not more.

If the Democrats decide in August to remove Biden’s delegates and allow Harris, Newsom, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, and other candidates to run unrestrained in the convention, Newsom will undoubtedly instill the greatest fear in Republicans that I am aware of.

Many Republicans now see Trump as the clear favorite to win in November, particularly in light of his impressive performance on Super Tuesday.

All bets are off, though, if Biden and Harris are dropped by the Democrats at the convention.

Do you believe Biden will be replaced?
