(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – This won’t resolve the military’s recruitment challenges. A ruling by US District Judge Leonie Brinkema states that HIV-positive members of the US military cannot be discriminated against.
This insane judge ruled that the military’s exclusion of HIV-positive recruits adds “to the ongoing stigma surrounding HIV-positive individuals.”

Colorblindness
Missing teeth
Asthma
2 or more concussions in the last 12 months
ADD/ADHD
Psoriasis
However, HIV is NOT an issue?!
The military is also contemplating a return to the draft because of its severe recruitment crisis.
Male enlistments have decreased by 35% since 2013. (For some reason, this new decision will not likely result in a line of eager recruits.)

Let’s examine US District Judge Leonie Brinkema, who issued this decision and was appointed by Bill Clinton.
Brinkema challenged Trump’s immigration freeze in 2017 because it “discriminated against Muslims.”
She also overturned a Taliban terrorist’s life sentence this year who was enlisting and preparing terrorists within the United States.
Her decision will probably hinder efforts to recruit new members to an already struggling recruitment campaign.
