(FamilyConservationPAC.com) – For years, the idea that there were a large number of dangerous illegal aliens residing in this nation was ridiculed by media personalities and liberal think tanks.
Incredibly, they asserted that people who enter the country illegally are hardworking, family-oriented individuals who commit crimes at a significantly lower rate than Native Americans.
One county has an astonishingly high percentage of juvenile criminals who are illegal aliens, according to a recent Fox45 Baltimore article.
This raises the question: How significant is the issue of illegal alien sex offenders across the country?
In recent months, there have been several prominent cases of rape and murder involving illegal aliens. There is no hard proof supporting the anecdotal reports of an increase in illegal alien sex offenses, thanks to a new report from Baltimore County.
Between January 1, 2023, and May 31, 2024, the Baltimore County state’s attorney filed 99 cases about child sex crimes, according to public records that Fox45 was able to access.

Surprisingly, nine accused were undocumented immigrants from nations in Central America. That’s a lot to ask for in such a brief time.
The counties in Maryland and Virginia surrounding the country’s capital have developed into hubs for criminal activity originating in Central America.
Nevertheless, compared to Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties, Baltimore County does not have a sizable population of undocumented immigrants from Central America.
It is hardly coincidental that nine defendants in a county with over 800,000 residents are illegal aliens from a small number of nations.
While we do not have consistent national data to identify precise numbers, it is evident that child sex offenses represent a severe issue for certain groups of undocumented immigrants from Central America.
Over 331 illegal aliens were charged with 1,172 child rapes and sexual assaults during 18 months from 2018 to 2019, according to a 2019 report that only covered 30% of North Carolina counties.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency detained undocumented immigrants on suspicion of 6,888 sexual offenses, 5,350 sexual assaults, and 1,739 “commercialized sexual assaults” in the 2018 fiscal year alone.
The list of ICE detainers denied in the city for FY 2019 was disclosed by then-ICE Director Matt Albence during a news conference held at ICE’s New York City offices in January 2020.

According to his report, the offenders who were the subject of these detainers were found guilty of 17,873 convictions and another 6,500 charges.
200 homicides, more than 500 robberies, more than 1,000 sexual offenses, more than 1,000 weapons offenses, more than 3,500 assaults, and more than 1,500 DUIs were among them.
This data only includes the detainees that ICE could file and covers one city for one year.
7.4 million illegal immigrants are on ICE’s “undetained docket,” most of whom most certainly have criminal records in addition to immigration infractions as a result of the non-enforcement of our own existing laws.
Since there are currently just 38,500 individuals in detention, millions of invaders—including dangerous criminals, gang members, and sex offenders—have essentially been granted amnesty.
How many more child sex offenders are needlessly walking free?
It is difficult to identify and remove every criminal foreigner with just 6,000 ICE agents without substantial assistance from state and local law enforcement.
Red states should have the authority to deport criminal foreigners after their first arrest to lessen the burden of paying for recidivism. At a minimum, states should increase sentences for offenses committed by foreign nationals.
However, judges in blue jurisdictions like Baltimore County favor lighter punishments.

Laws mandating police to check immigration status for traffic infractions and mandating self-repatriation or enhanced penalties for individuals in the country illegally should be passed by every state governed by Republicans.

Authorities in Maryland took the opposite action. Judge Robert Cahill of the Baltimore County Circuit Court lowered Portillo-Henriquez’s sentence to only 18 months, even though he had been given a 25-year term for repeated rape.
Additionally, Cahill allowed Jose Mejia, an illegal alien detained for child sex offenses, to avoid going to jail and to continue living in the state.
One of the most horrible things that may happen is the rape of a child.
However, as the perpetrators are usually repeat offenders who could have been removed, it is also the most preventable crime when committed by foreign invaders.
How many more violent illegal immigrant sex offenders do Americans have to put up with because Democrats won’t face the truth about this crucial issue?
